Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between the client and the company MagEvent (https://www.magevent.fr) regarding the provision of planning and event organization services, as well as associated services such as private transport, travel bookings, and logistics management.
2. Services Provided
MagEvent offers the organization of private or professional events (weddings, receptions, seminars, trips, birthdays, etc.) as well as ancillary services (private chauffeur, transport/hotel reservation, logistical coordination, assistance).
3. Order Placement
Any service order must be submitted in writing (signed quote, purchase order, or electronic validation). Every order implies the unreserved acceptance of these GTCS. The order becomes definitive upon receipt of a deposit or the payment agreed upon when accepting the quote.
4. Rates and Payments
Rates are indicated in Euros (incl. VAT) and are detailed in the customized quote sent to the client. Payment is made according to the terms specified in the quote or contract (deposit upon booking, then the balance before the event or according to a payment schedule). Any late payment may result in the application of penalties.
5. Cancellation, Modification, and Withdrawal
- Any request to cancel or modify the service must be communicated in writing.
- In case of cancellation by the client after validation and payment of a deposit, the deposit will be retained by MagEvent as compensation.
- For certain events, specific conditions may apply (expenses incurred, partners, subcontractors, etc.).
6. Liability
MagEvent agrees to provide the services described in the accepted quote. However, it cannot be held liable for any delay or non-performance resulting from a force majeure event or a third party.
The client agrees to provide all information necessary for the proper execution of the service and to comply with the stipulated obligations.
7. Confidentiality & Personal Data
MagEvent commits to respecting the confidentiality of information provided by the client within the framework of executing the services.
Personal data is processed in accordance with current legislation (GDPR).
8. Intellectual Property
Creations produced by MagEvent as part of the services (visuals, concepts, etc.) remain the property of the agency unless otherwise agreed with the client.
9. Disputes and Applicable Law
These GTCS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent court of MagEvent's registered office, after an attempt to reach an amicable resolution.
